All shipping fee and duties are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart.
✲ For all other countries, Customers are responsible for any applicable duties.
Please note that any import-related costs, including customs duties, taxes, or other government-imposed fees, are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered in the product price or shipping fee.
If additional costs arise during the customs process, they must be settled by the buyer, as these matters are outside of our control. This applies even to orders shipped under promotional or free shipping offers.
As customs regulations differ from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority in advance to understand applicable rules and charges.
We cannot be held liable for shipments that are held, rejected, or returned by customs for reasons such as unpaid taxes, import restrictions, prohibited goods, or incomplete documentation.
Any local expenses incurred after arrival, including customs processing fees, handling charges, administrative costs, or storage fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
