7 day Refund Policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a refund.
※ We do not support Returns

We keep a photo of how your product is packaged to minimize damages and issues. We use this to partially evaluate the cause of the damage and issue.
✘ Cases ineligible for Refund:

The customer's tax payment refusal

Customer (Recipient) unreachable

Any item that is opened from its original packaging, used, damaged intentionally

In cases involving allergic reactions (If purchasing cosmetic products, we advise our customers to check the ingredients information before buying the products)
Refund Process:

2. Please send us the following pieces of information along with your order number when reporting for damages and issues:

Photos/videos of received items and the area with damage/issue

3. Once we receive this information, we will evaluate and notify you if your case is eligible for return and refund.

If eligible, you will be guided through the return process.
4. After the returned package has arrived at the Seoul Warehouse:

We will notify you once we've received the returned package and the items.

The returned items will be inspected, and once approved, you will receive a refund for the item only (the original + return shipping fee is not refunded).

You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 14 business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
